The holiday apartments “Casa Rosada” are located in a luxury small palace of three floors, on Sebastiano Satta Street, only a five minute walk either from the old town, or from the touristic port of Alghero, and about ten minutes from the sea, at Lido S.Giovanni, well-known for the beautiful white sandy beach and the emerald green sea.
All apartments (from 2 to 6 places) are independent, furnished with care, and supplied with every comfort.

At only 30 yards from the flats, there are two bus stops to go to the centre and to the sea. Moreover, at only 50 yards there is a cash point, tobacconist, bar and supermarket.
The small palace is supplied with an elevator and ramp for disabled persons.
