The attic is located on the top floor of a villa in a residential area and is well suited to families that friends who wish to stay somewhere peaceful and quiet.
It has two spacious and livable terraces, suitable even for meals from which you can enjoy a view of the city with Capo Caccia background.
The attic is equipped with air conditioning and basic services such as kitchen, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.. They do not provide linens.
Nearby there are supermarkets, banks, post offices, tobacconists, newsagents and restaurants. The Old Town of Alghero is reached in 10 minutes.
